Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer since 2011
My name is Matt Plowman. Since 2004 I have had an obsession with health and fitness. After earning a bachelor’s degree in education, in 2011 I became a conditioning coach and personal trainer. Since then I have thrived on seeing other people succeed in life and have enjoyed getting to play a small part in their success.
For years I have scoured the internet looking for great websites with tons of fitness information. While I’ve found a lot of fantastic sites, and I will be sure to share them with you, I still haven’t found that site that I’m looking for. So I’m just going to create it instead. Hope you enjoy reading/watching/learning about all of the things I’ve discovered to be true and false in the fitness industry through the past decade.
I have spent countless hours reading, studying, analyzing and experimenting with various nutritional, fitness and recovery tactics and principles. I’ve learned what works, and what is a waste of your time. With my teaching background I believe I have the ability to design manageable steps to help anyone achieve any goal they can imagine.
